Postage + Delivery

We aim to dispatch your goods within 48 hours of receipt of your order, once payment has been taken.  Delivery of UK orders is via Royal Mail or Courier.

Postage costs: £3.20

Overseas orders: Carriage and insurance will be charged at cost, we’ll notify you of the total cost before shipping your order.

Credit and debit cards accepted:  Access, Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Switch / Maestro and Delta.

If something is not in stock we will let you know as soon as possible after the order has been placed.

Cancellations + Returns Policy

We hope that you are delighted with any products you purchase from us! Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. You have a statutory right to return goods within 7 days of the date received.

Please contact us to let us know you will be returning an item.  They should be returned in their original condition and packaging to: VitalTouch, Natural Skincare Solutions Ltd, Unit 14, Pineapple Business Park, Salway Ash, Dorset DT6 5DB.

It is your responsibility to return items to us, including the postage cost; we recommend recorded delivery or Royal Mail special delivery.  We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Once received and approved, refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase, or a cheque made payable to the cardholder if the card is no longer valid.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us immediately with details of your order.

Late or Non-Delivery

If you do not receive your order within 10 working days, please contact us with details of your order.
