Strengthening and balancing, Clary Sage is calming to the nervous system, a tonic for the uterus, eases muscular tension and strengthens the mind.
NB if using in pregnancy – only use from due date or when labour is established. Only use in moderation & consult your midwife beforehand.
To use; Rub two drops between palms and inhale between contractions/ dilute 3 drops in a carrier oil & use for massage/ put 3 drops in a bath of warm water.
